Wasn't it and isn't it still amazing to see the response from across the nation and world! Erik and I almost seriously went to U street to be a part of all the celebrating . . . then we remembered that we had a toddler sleeping and that I am too big for that kind of cavorting.
It was also the night of the most eloquent speeches, ever. Great pics.
